I’m getting this book as soon as possible. One of my alltime favorite photografers Mario Testino has made a new book, inspired by the boys and girls from Copacabana, Mario Testino shot Rio through his very own eyes. Very good timing as well, considering Rio’s recent win in becoming the host city of the Olympic Games 2016. Check out more pictures after the jump.
Most men’s wet dream might just come true in November. Marge Simpson of The Simpsons has agreed to pose for Playboy. The first ever cartoon character to be on the cover of Playboy. This is all done as a celebration to The Simpson’s 20th anniversary. Three pages of Marge naked – I’m definitely buying Playboy 1st. of November.
Die Gestalten Verlag released this awesome fold-up, paper AK-47 designed by Martin Postler a couple of years ago. Finally i got my hands on one of them. Now all I got to do is trying to put it together. I’ll let you know how that’s going to work out.

LucyandBart is a collaboration between Lucy McRae and Bart Hess described as an instinctual stalking of fashion, architecture, performance and the body. They work in a primitive and limitless way creating future human shapes discovering low – tech prosthetic ways for human enhancement. More amazing pictures after the jump.
Later today, the danish furniture company HAY is opening a third floor. Because of that they have teamed up with V1 and made HAYWIRE SALON. A great lineup of some of V1′s best artists are shown, incl. Anika Lori, Ashley Macomber, Huskmitnavn, Peter Funch, Jakob S. Boeskov, Troels Carlsen, Neckface, Dearraindrop, Asger Carlsen etc. It all starts at 16.00 in the Hay House.
